I'm a clinical social worker in private practice. Licensed in Maine and New York.
My Clinical Work
I work with men between 18 and 32 who are up against something — a court date, a substance they can't put down, an ultimatum in their relationship, or anger that keeps costing them. Many are sent by a judge or a prescriber, but many self-refer.
My approach is structured, direct, and grounded in the humanistic approach & the principles of restorative justice.
Sessions are online only. I'm licensed in Maine and New York but also provide therapy to ex-pats living abroad. Rate is $125 for 53 minutes. I don't accept insurance, but I do provide superbills.
I require a 50 minute free consultation.
My Bio
Before becoming a social worker I taught high school English and history in rural Maine. I spent the first half of my career working with children and families in the community. I then pivoted to clinical social work with its emphasis on trauma-informed care and restorative justice.
Eight years ago I began working exclusively with men.
